Our premier residence had an electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioning, which was really convenient. the location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to the North Entrance Beach! 🌊.

We stayed in a comfortable residence with a washing machine, dryer and kitchen. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Rusutsu Resort, the Convention Centre and restaurant.

This hotel had a spacious and cozy room with a kitchen, excellent location near the Convention Centre and Niseko, and the staff were friendly and attentive during our five-day stay.

This place is a great choice for families looking to enjoy a luxurious ski vacation. The location is perfect as it provides easy access to the main ski area, allowing us to hit the slopes quickly in the morning. The ski and boot room setup was convenient, and we loved how we could just click into our skis and start skiing right from there. The hotel also offers a grocery shopping service, which was incredibly helpful for us. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities such as a washing machine and dryer, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

The property was well-maintained and had a cozy, apartment-style feel. We appreciated the convenience of having utensils and appliances available for use. the location was great for skiers as it allowed for easy access to the slopes, just click and go! Another plus was the brand new onsen which was a nice addition to the amenities.

The lack of a restaurant or bar on the premises, making it inconvenient for those nights we wanted to stay in. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, failing to greet us or offer any assistance.

I was amazed by the spaciousness of the room at The Vale. The sitting lounge area and dining table provided the perfect space for relaxation and meals. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the shower was incredibly comfortable. Plus, having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The ski lockers conveniently accessible from the rooms made it easy to store our equipment.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the breakfast options being a bit limited and the need to walk a long flat distance to reach the slopes from the locker area, overall, I highly recommend The Vale for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

The hotel had some good things going for it, like the amazing view from the rooms and the great facilities that were clean and modern. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the ski slopes and other activities. One of the best aspects was the connected monorail system, which made it easy to get around without having to go outside.

There were some significant drawbacks to this hotel. the room itself was not very well-maintained and could have been cleaner.

Staying at this ski, resort hotel was fantastic. the location is prime, with easy access to the ski slopes straight from the locker area. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well, appointed. the bathroom was modern and had amenities like washing machine and dryer, as well as a powerful shower. the breakfast had plenty of options, although the breakfast box was a bit monotonous after a few days. the facilities, such as the onsen and coffee apres room, were enjoyable and well, placed.

A restaurant on, site would have been better for convenience.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, making it easy for us to click into our skis and start skiing. We also loved the top-notch facilities this hotel offers. From the spacious and clean rooms with tremendous views, the washing machine and dryer that were easy to use, to the ski lockers that were accessible from the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect. The breakfast options were also plenty and suited all our taste buds.

There was nothing we didn't like. Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city for a ski vacation.
